The TA Chainrings Chinook 104 range was changed to cater for far reaching technical gear system developments. The new generation middle rings have two pairs of shortened teeth to assist down-shifting.
TA only make their chainrings from the best 7075 t6 heat treated aluminium sheet. Suitable for their own cranksets and other manufacturers like Shimano, Campagnolo, SRAM and others. The teeth are cut in the traditional manner on a lathe which produces a much better and more accurate tooth form than pressing which is used by most chainring manufacturers.
