How do I choose the right bike size?
Each bike listing includes a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more control or sizing up for more stability.
Do bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes shipped directly to your home are 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide all necessary tools and a video guide, or you can opt for 'Click & Collect' to have it professionally built at a local store.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bicycle helmets once they have been worn.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship bikes and accessories within the continental United States and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and the size of the bike.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects for a lifetime and components for 12 to 24 months, depending on the brand. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are not covered.
Can I pay for my bike in installments?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Afterpay to offer interest-free payment plans. Simply select your preferred provider at checkout to split your purchase into manageable installments.
